عن هذا الكتاب
Most books about AI for small businesses hand you a list of tools. This one hands you a list of your own hours. Day 1 is a time audit you run on a real week, from evidence rather than memory, until you have a number: the hours you are losing to work nobody needed you to do. Every day after that converts part of that number into something that exists. Day 2 builds a content engine, starting with a Voice File that stops the output sounding like everyone else's. Day 3 builds your first working pipeline in forty minutes, and teaches you the three parts every automation has. Day 4 systematises onboarding, inbox triage and proposals, with one rule that never bends: the model drafts, you send. Day 5 fixes receipts, invoices and irregular income. Day 6 finds the product already hiding in your delivery work. Day 7 is the fifteen minute weekly check that catches the silent failure, which is how automation actually goes wrong. Seven tools come out of it: the Time Debt Ledger, the Content Engine Pack, the Pipeline Blueprint Card, the Client Operating System, the Solo Money Dashboard, the Product Extraction Worksheet, and the Weekly System Audit Card. There are no invented statistics in this book, no vendor comparisons that will be wrong in six months, and no promise that everything in your business should run without you. The twenty hours in the title is arithmetic you do yourself on Day 1. If it comes to nine, it is nine, and nine hours a week is five working weeks a year.
